Use only the sounds provided
Make these Dubstep loops into a Hip Hop beat. 

Prizes:

1) The Winner will recieve $100 of FREE SOUNDS.
2) A Blog devoted to you, your music, your skills, your story…etc.  We’ll post the blog right here for all the world to see.  We’ll include links to your website / soundclick page / myspace etc…

Winner Selected based on: The judging of P5Audio and its agents.  All decisions regarding the competition and winners selection  are final. Winners will be selected based on skill, production quality, originality and creative use of the Free sounds.    Winners will be posted on our Blog on May 28th.  P5Audio will also  attempt to notify winners by e-mail.  Winners will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail or phone. P5Audio is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release form.  A parent or legal guardian of winners under the age of 18 is required to sign the documents on behalf of the minor child. In the event that a selected winner cannot be contacted,  fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed affidavit and releases the prize may be forfeited at the discretion of P5audio.com, and an alternate winner will be selected.

CONDITIONS:
By entering this competition contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the outcome of the competition.  They agree that they are not participating on behalf of a third party including record labels, production companies, publishing companies etc.   Family Members, Employees and affiliates of Phantom 5 Music Group are not eligable for entry into this competition.

P5Audio is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries. Registration, votes, and music will be considered void if they are incomplete, damaged, counterfeit or obtained through illegal means.

Disclaimer of Liability: P5Audio and it’s directors, officers, employees representatives and agents disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance or use of any prize which includes any claims or costs.

Release of Liability: Contestants release P5Audio and its directors, officers, employees from any and all claims, actions, injurys, losses and damages that arise out of each contestant’s participation in this competition or from the acceptance of the prize.
