Happy Friday Music Producers! Excited to announce the winner of last week’ Flash Beat Contest! Over 40 entries this round, and folks brought it! Some amazingly sick beats to listen to this time, great work all around! And before we announce, extra big thanks to our special guest judge and creator of the Los Angele Battle Kits Loop Sets, Sentury Status! Now let’s get to the winner.
The rules:
This beat competition was free to enter. P5Audio provided a zip file with free loops and sounds from the Los Angeles Battle Kits Construction Kits. Music producers had to create a head noddin’ beat in any style using only the loops and sounds provided. Producers were allowed to manipulate the sounds in any way they wanted.

For this week, instead of listing runners up, P5Audio will be hosting a chat on Twitter to critique, discuss, and talk shop about everyone’s entries. Anyone who wants feedback on their production, this is the place for it. We’ll also post the lists for each judges top 5 favorite entries, so you will get a chance to find out if yours was a runner up or not! We have the chat scheduled for this Tuesday, June 12th from 10:30 to 11:30 PM EST. The hashtag will be #p5audiochat. I knew it was a winner when I heard it. But everyone did their thing with the sounds as usual. Plus we all got another beat (or two) to add to the catalogue (and some more dope sounds). Hopefully I can get in on the chat on Tuesday!….
